If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Adversity Games, you may request a refund or replacement at any point within the standard 30 day warranty. We ask only that you return the item in it’s original packaging.
If you receive your purchase from Adversity Games with missing or damaged components, please get in touch with the contact form quoting your order number. Replacement components will be sent to you at no extra charge.
If you have a game from Adversity Games and (after receiving it) it has suffered damage or losses to wild component placement, cat attack, spilled drinks or other everyday gamer misfortune you may request replacements with the contact form. Stock permitting, replacement components will be sent to you requiring only that you cover the postage costs.
