How should Adversity Games move forward?

In between working on my games, demoing and playtesting I’ve been thinking hard over how to move forward with Adversity Games.

The Kickstarter campaign for Nightlancer failed to fund earlier in the year by a long way (35% funded). Obviously there are things I need to change!

So what do you think are the most important changes?
